Try a high-fat and/or high protein treat. Ask if your vet sells canned a/d -- it is often great for adding weight. Have you tried baby food? It comes in a range of meat types. Sometimes pieces of dog food can be a better treat than the standard things -- just don't let it become a large enough part of the diet to displace healthier foods.
