Melissa,
Just after reading the description of what is occuring with
your ferret Puff, "occasional excessive itchiness, occasional
vomiting, occasional frequent lip-licking/smacking, and cyclic
malaise" I'm thinks Insulinoma, or low blood glucose. The trip
to the vet, feeding are all things that could raise the level. I
noticed it is only list once at 123. The level may only be low
when you ferret is in this state. So your Vet might be missing it.
But I would check on it.
