Hi there,
That's pretty much what we are trying to do. And from the things I've
read, it seems like some people think that it may help slim the chances of
adrenal problems. Of course, it is still a theory, but I figure it
certainly can't hurt. It's gotta be better than the amount of light they
were getting before. We used to have a regular light on in there for most
of the evening each day (we needed to see them somehow at night :-> ).
