Subject: trouble pooping

My 7.5 female jill with the large liver seems to be having trouble
pooping. she will get up and trot all around the house hitting all the
corners with papers over and over like she wants/needs to go but
nothing his happening. eventually, or having gone to bed and then back
up again for another go around a bit will come out. it seems to be
getting slowly and progressively worse.
she has no interest in eating anything but the soft hand held food (my
mix is simple, 1 can science ad to 3 jars chicken baby food with a
squirt of ferrettone) and she may only be eating that because she gets
a half of a pred table crushed and mixed in her food nightly. today
she didn't seem that interested. either that or its because she feels
uncomfortable. she's even been turning down the last treat of choice,
a honey nut cheerio.
i'm taking her in for an x-ray tomorrow but i don't know if that or any
test will tell me anything definitive.
i don't think this is a blockage since she doesn't seem interested in
putting anything in her mouth.
is it possible her liver has grown to the point where its squeezing
down the intestines or bowels?
or is this a side effect of only eating soft food?
