Happy New Year to you all. Re: your question it does seem that ferrets here
in the UK have less tumours. This may be due to the way we keep them(most
are kept outside) and the breeding "mix" that we personally use. That is, no
interbreeding and keeping a record of hob-jill matings between ourselves and
the other breeders we use for our breeding programme. We are looking into
the aspect of exporting fresh bloodlines to the US and other countries but
we are at the early stages at the moment. All the best, Simon and the
