I am NOT a vet - from your decription I would suggest thisa may indeed be
ear mites ratehr than a yeat infection. Did the vet look at the sample
under a microscope?
My reason for challenge is as follows: in the past within sheltering , I
have found the yeast infection yeilds a dark orange goeey wax debris-- I
have also found for ear wax to be black there is an infestation of ear
miters.. the defecation of the mites in the ear wax turns it dark
Vets is this a correct interpretation?
