I believe with a PCV of 15, I'd be seriously inquiring about a blood transfusion from another ferret. That's awful low. I wouldn't wait until it goes lower. Of course then you need to find out why it's dropping, but I think the most immediate concern is to not let it get any lower while you look for the reason.
