I disagree with that - if he is showing signs of adrenal related hair loss,
he is showing signs of adrenal disease. I try very hard not to wait until
they are low in energy and having behavioral problems to treat adrenal
disease, and would recommend treating a ferret whose only symptom is hair
loss. Hair loss can be anywhere, and the fact that it is not on the tail
should not be a factor in making the diagnosis, in my opinion.
