In particular, read the portion of the page that explains how liver values in ferrets are often misinterpreted and how they are skewed because the ferret is not getting the nutrition it needs.
This is really important information. Don't bypass it. I suggest you print it out and bring it to your vet.
You also mentioned a new ferret, Princess. When exactly did Princess enter your home?
