Have you tried Milkthistle or SamE? WE have a male ferret which showed signs of liver damage during adrenal surgery and our vet suggested these. Now he has all his hair back and is huge, happy, and very playful. We give him 3 to 4 drops of the liquid milkthistle twice daily in his baby food recipe.
