She died, because of massive internal bleeding from a stick in the heart.=A0=

Her body also showed other stick marks in other areas, but what killed her,=

according to the autopsy was the stick to the heart.=A0 =
I am absolutely horrified by this. I want to wish you my condolences and l=

Me, I would send a copy of the autopsy to the Veterinary State Board. Firs=

off, if he/she had to take blood and could not get it in the normal fashion=

and felt that this was the only way to get the blood, he/she should have ha=

you sign a consent form. In my opinion this is just outrageous behavior on=

the part of this vet. I know we are all human and make mistakes, but this =

was blatant negligence on his/her part and very unprofessional. I am so =
sorry this has happened to you and you may get some vindication out of this=
=
by reporting this vet and saving the lives of other ferrets that will =
certainly be in his/her care. =
