I don't know how far Pam's Sonic had gotten, but Kodo, at his worst,
simply could not stand. He'd swim to try and get to a litter pan. He
couldn't get into it. He'd stand to pee or poop and fall into his own
waste. Kodo's lowest blood glucose reading was 27. Even at that he was
still alert. At 42 he could get around pretty good.

No, NO, NO!!! Insulinoma is treatable.
