What's the dosage she's receiving and what kind? (1 month, 4 month, etc.)

Lupron stops some hormones from being produced by the pituitary gland that stimulate the adrenals. As I understand it, an adrenal gland can overproduce without this stimulation, and in that case, Lupron would not be effective.

Can an adrenal change from being one that is stimulated to overproduce to one that is overworking on it's own? I'm not sure, but it seems like it would be possible.

Or, perhaps the Lupron dosage is not sufficient or she is allowed to go too long between doses.
