What tests were done; did they include a chest x-ray and a CBC with Blood Chemistry?
Given the time of the year and her age, among the things I suspect our vets would want to eliminate from the possible line-up are Influenza perhaps with seondary Pneumonia, and Juvenile Lymphoma. In such situations those blood tests and a chest x-ray, and more often than not also an ultrasound can be useful.
