Xray showed nothing abnormal.
Just got the results of the blood work tonight:
o Her Glucose was actually a little above normal (160). MY vet thought it was more of an oddity than an indicator of diabetes.
o Her electrolytes were a little skewed, as she was a little dehydrated.
o Slightly elevated red and white blood cell count
We are now treating her for gastric ulcers (karafate before food, antibiotics twice a day), but she still grinds her teeth like mad while we force feed her.
I'll continue to post to the board as things change ... thanks everyone for you help so far, esp. Zukeepr02 for the winstrol/vitamin-B combo ... I've never heard of that and will definitely look into it!
