We are not having any trouble at all getting Proglycem through the one we use in NJ (which ships). If you check the list of compounding pharmacies at
http://www.smartgroups.com/vault/ferrethealth/ReferenceShelf/comp_pharm.html
you should find multiple pharmacies which have it and also ship, so take your pick of them.
