I wish!

Some areas are more expensive than others--I dunno about all of California,
but for this area that's a standard fee...

I took Fatboy in and spoke to my vet again, and she agreed that he is
definitely adrenal, and that the hairloss is much more pronounced than it
was 2 weeks ago.

She has taken excellent care of my ferrets, and worked with me when my two
girls went insulinomic: I trust her to do this surgery, and just wanted a
second opinion on the adrenal possibility, which y'all gave me. :-)

He goes in for surgery Feb 4. She would do it sooner, but we are moving and
have to deal with landlord stuff at the end of the month.
