Dear Lisa:

I don't read this as specific for anything. The sample is very sparsely cellular, which doesn't really suggest that you hit anything in this blind stick. The predominant cell type is a normal component of the lung, and eosinophils may be from the peripheral blood. I would lke to see clumps of them (which aren't mentioned) before I would venture a diagnosis of allergic inflammation.

I don't think I would base any definitive therapy on this aspirate.
