I never have. I think the quantities per serving become truly tiny.

I asked the same question and was told "no problem" The thing is, you
use the whole bird. Grinding up big 'ol turkey bones sounds like "a
whole lot of no fun" to me. Game hens will produce a smaller batch and
turkeys a larger batch, so you need to adjust the quantities of the
other ingredients in proportion to the weight of the bird. Come to
think of it, you should be able to make duck, goose, or quail gravy too.
Your ferrets will develop gourmet tastes, is all.
