My first thought would be to check for carbon monoxide poisoning. I had a
scare with that backin 96. Effects people differently. I was severly sick,
whereas, my husband was not. Had I laid back down when he mentioned, neither
one of us would be here. We never thought we had a leak like that. The gas
company red flagged it that day.
I have cleaned with bleach in my home. And the fumes had affected some of
the ferrets. I feel ferrets are very sensitive to chemicals it doesn't
matter if they are on the floor around it or if it is airborne.
