It is 4am(ish) and we just got back from leaving Baldie off at AMC in NY.
She ate a whole lot of chicken gravy yesterday and in the afternoon I noticed her belly was still enlarged. It was distended and she seemed to be passing gas and soupy stool.

I watched her but assumed it was just a stomach ache/gas. We tried to keep her active to "move" the gas through her quicker but she soon went to sleep. She wasn't in the mood for meds either (normally, her pet tinic 2x/day is her fav. treat).

Tonight when we came home from work, she was sleepy.
Later in the middle of the night when we checked on her, she was very sluggish/non-responsive and dehyrdrated. We tried to get some water in her but she didn't want. She was cool to the touch and when we got her to the vet, the vet described her as "shocky". BG 29 and temp was 97.
She had one stool during the day that was a mixture of stool, mucus, and some blood (darker red).
At the vet, they were examining her and she again passed mucous-like stool w/ blood. She got a shot of dextrose with little results and is now getting fluids (IV). We had to leave her at the hospital but I am starting to scare myself with the info I find here :)

Background:

She is a 5 or 6 year old female that was recently diagnosed with lymphoma (Tx: pediapred 0.3ml 2x/day). Her bloodwork 2 weeks ago showed nothing out of the ordinary. 2 Surgerys. Summer 2002: benign tumor on the spleen (spelenectomy performed), portal hepatitis, and insulinoma
Winter 2000: left side adrenal and removal of necrotic fat tissue.

I am at a loss--there was an interesting post about sepsis from Dr. Williams that has me worried. The night doc is good, but she isn't an exotic doc.
They said they are going to stabilize her tonight but other than bloodwork, what else shoudl I do?
I asked about an xray but she said she was going to wait.
I would think maybe blockage but she isn't one of those eaters. She prefers bob C's gravy rather than rubber or other bad stuff.

Any advice?
I'm scared, this is my first emergency vet visit.
