Look for KONGS in your local PetCo/PetSmart/pet store. They are available in small animal sizes that are perfect for ferrets. They are a very hard rubber, chew toy that hold up very well to the needle sharp teeth ferrets have. Mine last for a year or more before I have to replace them.

> I'm looking for a healthy chew toy for my big guy. He has IBD so the vet has recommended that cheweasels leave his diet for awhile. But he loves to chew on plastic crates. It's strong plastic, but not a good substitute (I do of course stop him). He's also on duck soup for the IBD (it's all he will eat) so I am looking for something for good oral hygiene as well.
