A few more questions, maybe this really isn't too big a problem.
First, I would like to say thank you for the answers we have allready gotten, it is nice to feel that people are helping you, when you have a problem.
As I said, vets in Denmark don't know too much about ferrets, so we asked for the numbers, when we visite them again.
They are:
glucose: 114 mg/dl
Fruktosamin :345 Umol/l
We doubled checked these with a vet in Denmark which knows more about Ferret and she told us that these where pretty normal for a ferret. Also in one of the emails it was said that if it was confirmed (over 200.00 - Thank you :) - we would have to react.
>From this it seems that the problem isn't too big, we called our own vet, and was told that they had some refrences from a german lab, where they send the blood samples too. However it seems that these are incorrect, but I have to be sure.
Also our own vet said it was the Fruktosamin (I hope it is called that in english too) which was a lot too high, so I hope somebody can help me with these numbers.
Hope somebody can help further.
Thank you
David, Vivian and Damien.
