Hi FHL, I have a 3yr old femal that as been a little pudgy over the years shes almost 3 pounds. I don't like her weight being so much she do's the same stuff every day so there is no change in what she has been doing. she gets plenty of exercise but she still has all that weight any suggestions on weight loss?
