Sure sounds like it could be ECE to me. "Usually" allows for the
different ones in things like timing. The single best place for you
to learn about ECE is http://www.afip.org/ferrets/index.html. Sorry,
but I am time pressed and unable to give more info right now. DO be
careful about hydration. I am sure that the many FHL members who
have been through this will give you more info.
