I think people mean a lot of different things by the word crashing...
Low blood sugar episode, shock, cardiac or respiratory arrest, etc. It
certainly sounds like this guy is probably having a seizure, with the leg
motions you describe. Coupled with the really low body temp earlier,
possible diagnosis of sepsis, etc, it sounds bad... Maybe it's time for
an emergency vet or to call your vet's office to see what the emergency
arrangements are.
