Dear Anais:

While difficult to be precise with biosy, these lesions on an obviously adrenal ferret may be what is known as phlebectasia - dilated blood vessels that are occaisionally seen in ferrets. A biopsy would be helpful in this regard, and I'm happy to look at it for you (at no charge, of course.)
