I have a question I would like to see if I can get some input on so I can g=
o
to the vet armed with some more information. I've not seen anything like
this on here before so any answers will be most helpful.
Scooter is a little over 5 years old, MF, male silver mitt in good health.
One of the smaller pads on his foot has grown quite large. I'd say it's 10
to 15 times it's normal size. It's as pink and healthy looking as all the
other pads on his feet and it doesn't seem to affect his walking. To give
you more of an idea of what it looks like, picture a kid with sole of his
sneaker flapping. My vet has checked it on 2 other occasions and her advice=

was if it didn't bother him to leave it alone. Since the last time she has
seen it (last Nov) it's grown some. My fear is that he'll catch it in
something and tear it off or one of the other ferrets will bite it in
playing. Has anyone seen anything like this before? Any advice?

Thanks,
Didd
