You sound like you are in a rough spot.
What is done to check for possible food allergies is to do an elimination diet -- removing the food to see if there is improvement. If there is improvement with other foods (I suggest trying different all-meat baby foods, and/or a/d or homemade foods as part of this process.) then wait a while (days to weeks) and then try the questionable food again. If there is a reaction you have one culprit, and can check if there are others.
Meanwhile, all meat foods like those have few ingredients which gives you better insight as to what has been eaten and they are gentle on the gut.
I do NOT know if what you are facing is an allergy situation or something else, or a combination.
