Mike, We've twice had ferrets have leg problems due to thrown clots. For one the clot was to the leg itself and it healed up nicely with massage (We stayed up and did shifts.) to break it up safely. I know that you did this, too. The other threw the clot to his brain and he never did heal completely, but he improved gradually over time without any further care beyond the extensive care to survive his brain injury during the first days. It may be that Spaz may be the same, that simply trying and moving over time will cause an improvement. I have no idea about accupuncture, though, but I sure hope something helps.
