That figure 60% sounds better than some of the others I've been hearing. I like more optimistic news! 'Course, realistic is even better.

These sites helped explain a lot better the problem she has and the warning signs, but I am curious... aside from keeping a close eye on her for possible signs of shock and getting her vet attention, should I be doing anything else? Should I still take her out of her cage as much and roughhouse with her or should I be more careful with her and keep her playtimes shorter? I've been coddling her a little since finding out, but I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing. Today she seemed pretty good though, bouncy and into trouble.
