Sukie and group:

It isn't the expense that is so much bothering me,
it's the question of if surgery is the right thing to
do. I just had his brother put down who had had the
adrenal surgery last year and that surgery gave Quark
another 8 months of life, only the last one was really
bad. I also paid almost 600 for Figment to die before
surgery and that didn't bother me at all, except, of
course, that she died.

I really was just looking for people's and vet's
experiences with drugs vs surgery w/ drugs. and
honestly, I'm really frustrated right now that I
thought I did all the right things with Odo and Quark
- they were from a breeder, I waited until they were
mature to get fixed, they've eaten TF their entire
lives (with Bob Church's Chicken gravy as well now)
and they still get the same adrenal issues that my
first ferret, a MF, that I did everything wrong with,
got. I just feel like a complete failure right now
