How much Kaopectate did you give him (dose/schedule)? My poor guy
just hates his Pepto... I always tried to give it to him right before
the metronidazole (which made him froth even worse), he'd shake his
head and froth at the mouth, and I'd wipe his chin off and put him in
the cage to get some water.

Now he's on metronidazole ear drops (!) -- which stops the frothing
problem for that med -- but I have to give him the Pepto beforehand,
or he shakes the ear drops out when I give him the pink stuff... and
calming him down after giving him the Pepto isn't easy!

So, if I could replace that with something he didn't object to, but
which still soothed his stomach, we'd both feel better. ;-)
