Well, this pattern is a bit unusual - very intermittent coughing..

Even though the heart and lungs sound good, I have been fooled many times by good sounds but when you take an X-ray, the chest looks terrible. Probably always a good idea to get a radiograph of the chest of a coughing animal. Heart disease is by far the most common cause of coughing in ferrets.

I have to call the vet tomarrow about what else to do But I can use some help so I can give her some other ideas. Thank you Sinceraly Anna
