Perhaps the Lupron dosage he's getting is not enough to completely relieve the symptoms? How much is he getting?
If this is the one-month Lupron, which seems likely, I'm not sure why he would need another shot after two weeks unless the dosage wasn't really enough to begin with. That's just my non-vet opinion.
Propecia or Proscar would probably help this guy.
