She probably is just feeling her oats so use times-out and ignoring her for short periods when bad combined with tones of attention when she is good, make sure she gets enough naps (They can sometimes be bad about that when they are kits and the world is so new.) and just be firm about being the dominant but fair and kind one. (Oh, and remember that sometimes being grumpy can be a sign of not feeling well.)
