Your vet doesn't know about giving ferrets Florinef and Prednisone, or Percorten and Prednisone. Florinef has been used in ferrets for I guess around a decade now so there is a lot of documentation to find once a person knows what to look for.

Ashling has had NO adrenal glands for 3 years. She was our early adrenal case and lost both completely and cleanly. At age 6 she still climbs to the top of our 8 foot closet carrying along our TV remote. Every day she has Florinef crushed and given with Ferretone and a touch of Pred and she's right as rain.
