Hi Kamccabe,
Similar to Wolfy's answer, it is time to check
the hormone levels (Tenn panel) or time for a second
surgery. Yes, the remaining gland can become a problem
in 3-4 months time frame. The hormones levels should return
to normal in roughly 1-2 weeks.
