The discharge that you are seeing is likely the result of an infection of the uterine stump - a so-called "stump" pyometra, and another result of the hyperestrogenism from the remaining adrenal tissue. Another star in the constellation of adrenal disease. Unfortunately, it can only be cured by removing the offending adrenal tissue and the remaining inflamed uterine tissue.
