Just found out that Fizzy has lymphosarcoma. The vet suggested he be put on steriods which I will be picking up tomorrow. I am not only concerned about him but also his brother(Logan) which is so close to him that I know it will break his heart when Fizzy passes on. Would it be proper to adopt another ferret at this time so that Logan has a easier time dealing with the lose? If anyone could share their experience with lyphosarcoma I would appreciate. What should I keep an eye on? How long do they have before the pass on? Is there anything I can do to make him more comfortable? I am trying not to freak out to much but I can't feeling so scared.
