Subject: Pet store/breeder/no knowledge of ECE

i called the local pet store, and she goes through Hagen to order ferrets. i asked her to find out if they could give me any info on ECE or any other kind of diseases the breeder might have had, and the breeder said that they didn't even know what ECE was. i am in Ontario, Canada but i don't think that should make a difference. any feedback would be appreciated.
