Ashling and Chiclet love it as a treat, too. I can't give much to Ashling since she gets the runs if I do.
Years ago Ruffle's heart was pressing on her esophagus due to her advanced cardiomyopathy and she got the point where most of what was going into her was Sustical which I think was also soy based. Even meat puree based soups were hard for her to swallow at that point. She did well on it as her primary dietary source, but I can not recall how extended a time that was was it was at least weeks. Since she was not declining on it I think she was able to access enough nutrients for that while.
Like you I hope that they can continue to enjoy it on and off.
