Dear Lynn

I just received a call from my Vet with the results of Buster's Pathology -
and the diagnosis is islet cell tumors diffused through the entire sample
that was sent in. That was not the news I had hoped to hear -because it means
that the disease is throughout his pancreas and that we will probably be
placing him on medication to better control his blood glucose. We have him
scheduled to do a follow up BG next week.

I can only guess that you can't see the visible nodes because they are either
not at the surface of the organ or perhaps just too small. The vets here can
better explain it than I could.
