Yes, my vet has actually suggested both of your ideas, and I am sure that this will be our next step, I'm just so surprised that it has advanced so quickly, as her surgery was 2 mo exactly tomorrow and no nodules were found. I also thought that we would have alot of time to play with the dex before we got to such a high level. It has been only a month and each week it has been increased.
