When my little guy started crashing we continued to up the pred dose every
few days until he was stable. He has been getting a 5mg tablet crushed and
put in Bob Church's twice a day now for about 8 months (10mg pred a day). I
do also feed him a half an ice cube of Bob's every four hours. Yes, in the
middle of the night too!! I'm tired but he's been doing great. Perhaps your
little one needs a higher dose of the med? Don't be discouraged. You'll get
it under control.
