Hi Everybody,

Bandit's getting worse, raised the pred to .75 (2x) a day, he still sleeps
all the time, constantly chomps- grinds am giving 1.00ml pepcid not doing a
thing. He's so heavy, he can't even clean himself properly, when he pees, I
have to clean his belly off and he always lets out a little moan when
going,,I don't know if it's when he does #1 and #2 or just pee pee. Anyway,
he's got accumulated fat under his armpits and in his abdomen- his cataracts
are so bad, it makes me sad when I see a cloud of film over his eyes...even
when we take him outside he just plopps down or bobs the head slightly and
looks a little dazed. My vet doesn't feel it's time for the Diaxide (sp)??
yet- his most recent BG was (58-60) and I would like to share his blood
values that were high or low with our vets on-line to see if I should be
concerned.

Glucose (sent out)- 35 (in house) 58-60

Total Protein - 7.1 (high)

globulin- 3.6 (high)

Calcium-9.9 (high)

HGB- 19.1 (high)

HCT- 59.3 ( high)

Neutrophil Seg- 85 (high)

Lymphocytes- 9 (low)

Monocytes- 4 (high)

Bandit is only about 7 years old.. and I want to keep him with me as long as
I can, any suggestions to increase my little guy's quality of life, would be
so appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

Christina
