Samson has his surgery to remove the right adrenal gland. It was huge. He made it for 5 hours after surgery and then he died.
It was just more than he could handle. It had involved his liver, intestine and kidney. He was doing pretty good and was alert but not trying to be active at all. It took all of ten minutes from the time Doc checked him to when the assistant saw he was dead. He was not a youngster at 6 plus years but he was a fighter. I'm gonna miss him and so will his little Sara.
