Hello! I have a 6 year old fert with cardiomyopathy of 4 months. Recently (7 weeks ago)we opted to put her on Digoxin (lasix and enacard werent' enough). Thankfully, Digoxin improved her resperation and heartrate dramatically. She has previously been a chow-hound, but during the past week or so, her appetite has decreased noticibly. I struggle to get her to take all her duck soup with meds in it (even nonmedicated duck soup isn't too exciting for her as it has in the past). Has anyone noticed the decrease in appetite wtih heart meds?? ANy suggestions on how to stimulate the appetite? I have tried ferretone and even a few drops of Dyne and they seem to help a little.
Since this is my first fert with cardio, I am at a loss (and the vet is gone for 3 days so I cant ask him!!)

thanks!
