Pawing at the mouth is usually a sign of nausea. I haven't seen a sick ferret rub it's face against things, though they often do this after eating, and particularly a soft diet.

How long has it been since the blockage was diagnosed? I would be concerned about just waiting for a foreign body to be passed in the stool. Transit time on food from entry to exit is probably around 4-5 hours. Is she pooping normally?
