I think I just found a fur ball in Hoppy's cage. It is the first
one I have ever seen. It does not have the color or texture of
poop but it is the same shape: Long and narrow. About 1.5 inches
long and 1/4 inch in diameter. It is made up of compressed fur. I
always thought a fur ball would be round like a ball. Silly me.
I found it yesterday when I came home from work. It was in his
cage right by the door. Not anywhere close to his litter box.
Which makes me think he coughed it up rather than come out the other
end.
Would someone please confirm or say it is _not_ a fur ball.
Just wondering if I should be concerned that there is a possible
health issue I should be looking into.
